Why I want you to go to the New Dentist Conference at ADA FDI 2019

If you’re like me – your life is crazy busy. I have an orthodontic practice, a husband (who’s also an orthodontist), and several hobbies I love. I love what I do but sometimes it’s nice to take a break from my day-to-day life as a clinician to travel, learn something new, talk with like-minded people and have some fun!

This is why I attend the American Dental Association New Dentist Conference.

If you’re a dentist who graduated less than 10 years ago – this is YOUR conference. It will be held Sept. 5-6 in San Francisco alongside the American Dental Association Annual Meeting and FDI World Dental Congress. The New Dentist Conference offers an ideal opportunity to focus on issues that concern you as a new dentist, while allowing you to take advantage of the ADA FDI experience as well.

Our two keynote speakers will share their visions on the future of dentistry, stories of how dentistry helps across the world, and engage us in a conversation together. Dr. Miguel Stanley will kick us off on Thursday. He practices in Portugal and created the Slow Dentistry movement and hosted the first ever National Geographic documentary on dentistry (check it out! Amazing.). Dr. Marko Vujicic will lead the second day general session. If you don’t know Marko – you really should. He’s an ADA economist who studies trends in dentistry and healthcare. Want to know what the future will hold for our profession? What’s on the minds of consumers today? Of course you do. Dr. Vujicic studies this all day, everyday and his discussion will be enlightening.

Beyond keynotes, you can pick up CE from the annual meeting as well. With your registration fee of $250 you can attend the conference, attend the New Dentist reception which includes food and drink, AND earn up to 15 hours of continuing education (broken down that’s only $16 per credit hour). San Francisco is an incredible place. My husband and I love to travel, and we’re excited to experience San Francisco and meet up with new dentists like you.

I’m looking forward to seeing you in San Francisco!!

Sign up today!

Sincerely,
