Dr. Elizabeth (Betsy) Shapiro is the senior manager of the American Dental Association’s Center for Professional Success.

After receiving her dental degree from the University of Illinois, Betsy practiced general dentistry for 15 years.  Post-practice she received her juris doctorate from Northern Illinois University’s College of Law. She arrived at the ADA in September of 2011 to participate as the recipient of the one year Hillenbrand Fellowship. Post-fellowship she continued on at the ADA, and is currently serving as the senior manager of the ADA’s Center for Professional Success.
