The ADA Center for Professional Success posted a series of videos that explain and demonstrate some easy office stretches to keep you and your staff healthy.

The tips include ways to address neck pain, neck-shoulder stretches, back stretches, back pain and arm pain.

    I have been experiencing hand, wrist and forearm pain for awhile. I started wearing a wrist brace while at the office and am hoping to avoid surgery. Imagine that having to get surgery because you perform too many surgeries. The videos were very helpful thank you!
